The Veterinary Service Office has been renamed as Veterinary Hospital and Veterinary Service Office since 2038 BS and has been continuously conducting various programs and activities related to animal development. The details after the establishment of this office are as follows. 1. Named as Veterinary Hospital as per the decision of the government dated 2037/12/24. 2. A.W. Established in 038/039 BS as a Veterinary Unit under the District Agriculture Branch of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. 3. As per the decision dated 2042/04/03, it has been nominated as Animal Development and Animal Health Branch under the District Panchayat Secretariat. 4. Named as District Veterinary Service Branch as per the decision dated 2045/05/10. 5. In the year 2049 BS, Animal Service Program has been conducted under the District Agriculture Development Office in line with the objective of providing services to the farmers from one roof. 6. As per the organizational reform of the Ministry of Agriculture dated 2052/03/05, it has been established as the District Veterinary Service Office under the Department of Veterinary Services with effect from 2052/4/1. 7. It has been established as the District Veterinary Service Office under the Department of Veterinary Services with effect from 2072/08/13 as per the organizational reform of the Ministry of Livestock Development by the decision of the Government of Nepal dated 2072 BS. 8. As per the decision of the Karnali State Government dated 2076/05/06, Nepal has gone into federalism. Done.
